Esta ausencia regulatoria ha generado incertidumbre en el sector privado, especialmente entre aquellos que ya han nombrado a sus responsables y buscan alinearse al 100% con la ley. \ud83d\udcc9<br><br>Desde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/pdp-expert\/\">PDP Expert<\/a>, el consejo es claro: \u201c\u2705 Aunque no exista un proceso de verificaci\u00f3n formal, es fundamental avanzar con la designaci\u00f3n interna del DPO y documentar esa decisi\u00f3n. Estar preparados ser\u00e1 clave cuando la autoridad establezca el mecanismo oficial\u201d.<br><br>Por ahora, las organizaciones deben enfocarse en cumplir con la obligaci\u00f3n legal, identificar perfiles adecuados para el cargo, y mantener una trazabilidad de sus acciones en materia de protecci\u00f3n de datos.
